Research

Business Studies and Business Analyst. Stakeholder and users interview in the form of a questionnaire. Analysis of competitors, similar services, their disadvantages, and advantages.

Generation of ideas

Creation of sketches and interactive prototypes.

UX Review (audit)

An expert assessment of the current site with a description of the advantages and disadvantages of the site and recommendations for improving its use.

User testing

Test prototypes with real users, receive feedback.
Presentation to the client, approval of prototypes.

Audience

Definition of the product audience, their needs, motivation, tasks to be addressed by the product. Creating usage scenarios (user cases, user history).

Goals for this project
Declutter the existing UI which had many new features added. And improve the UX.
I wanted to update the UI and improve UX of some of the existing tools. We had rapidly expanded our toolset and wanted to see how we could take our UI to another level.

Everyone who has seen the new designs has said they are an improvement. We will be working on implementing the designs soon to get feedback from users.
